Yes I am sulking. I shall tell you why. Today is Nick and I's one year anniversary! I had a lovely afternoon with Nick. When I arrived at his house he gave me a lovely bouquet of flowers, some dove chocolate, and a sweet note that made me melt to a puddle. I in return gave him a few picture collages to stick in our scrapbook and a gift card that he may use as he likes (shopping spree up to $15 or otherwise). We went to Braums for a late lunch and then he took me to Barnes and Noble so that I could select a journal to write out our romance and adventures! (So sweet!) It was REALLY hard to choose! I believe I mentioned previously how much I adore journals. I almost got the owl one that I really liked, but to my disappointment I found that it was not made very well =( But I found another that I really like. It is real leather (omgosh! what?) and has that wonderful leathery smell. I shall cherish it. =) We walked around for a little while and I discovered that they had "The Forbidden Planet" (Not to be confused with the forbidden kingdom)! I have been looking all over for it, but it was so expensive! -sigh- After I had returned it to the shelf sadly and began to browse again, we (well, Nick) remembered that he needed to go to work soon. So we rushed home, he changed and left. I was really sad to see him go, even though I was expecting it. I sure do miss him. And that is why I am sulking. I got to spend about 3 hours with my Love on our anniversary. I guess it could be worse. At least I had a few wonderful hours with him. I can't wait until he comes back...at midnight.
