I figured since I hadn't updated in awhile I should....
I have been hanging out with girls a lot lately (yay!) it has been so nice. On Wednesday I hung out with Cassie. We made chocolate chip pancakes for dinner and went to a concert of some people from JBU. On Thursday and Friday Megan and Hana were at JBU visiting! It was so fun to have them around and have some girl time even if it was just for a little bit. I wish we could have had a little more time to hang out. Friday night Hilary rode back home with me. It was nice to have her with me. Even though we didn't talk the whole way because she was tired, I was so much more comfortable with her riding with me and having her presence in the car, especially since it was raining kind of hard part of the way. Today (Saturday) I hung out with Amanda for awhile at Shortcakes (has some pancakes and bacon -yum-) and then we went over to Lauren's house and saw her and Ronan (cute as ever) and watched tv for awhile. Then I took Amanda home and expected to relax awhile. Hilary then texted me and said she was ready to go hang out so I went and got her so that we could do so. We went to the Rockie Mountain Chocolate Factory (which I had not been to yet) and got a few little things, then walked over to Aspen for some coffee. We chatted mostly about graphic design (I guess it is in our nature =P) and a little of this and that. We were at the counter so we talked to the baristas a little bit as well. I always like talking to them and learning about other people even if I never meet them again. You will never know what you will learn or who you will meet. We came back to my house for a bit and she met my parents and I showed her my house and room...where I grew up. I took her back to her grandparents house a little later and then drove back home (it was a little slick but not bad...it has been snowing all day). I came home and did this and that. I watched a little bit of Firefox with my parents, moved the table back into the dining room, put the new rug addition down, put some stuff back up on the mantle thing in the den....yep just this and that. Now I am sitting at my computer just relaxing and writing this blog. Perhaps now I will go watch some anime or something. I don't know. It is nice to be home though, I am trying to find a balance between productiveness and relaxation. It would be harder to work and what I feel like I need to if Nick was here, and it is probably good that he isn't since we both need time to do other things...but I miss him a LOT!!!!!!! Which is one reason I am trying to stay productive...other than the fact that it needs to be done. -Sigh- oh well...I guess I will live and just have to deal with missing him....=( I Loves you Nick! ^_^
