How to Add a Facebook Feed to Blogger

Let's face it. Facebook does not make this simple. I can imagine you have crawled your way here, ready to chuck your computer out the nearest window. Be at ease dear friend, I have finally figured out a relatively simple solution. I probably would have given up if it hadn't been a request.

Note: This only works with Facebook Pages. It does not work with your personal Facebook Profile. 

Let us begin....

1. Open up this Facebook Link

2. Find your Facebook Page's URL

Go to your facebook page and look at the link if you are not sure what it is. Mine looks like this:

3. Change the URL

Under Facebook page URL, change FacebookDevelopers to your page's name. In my case, pretenditsinink as shown above. Hit enter to apply the change. Be sure your don't delete the forward slash after the dot com on accident. (Click on the image below to make it bigger!)

4. Check Show Posts

And uncheck the others unless you want them. This is the time to customize your box.

5. Click the 'Get Code' box at the bottom, then the IFRAME tab

You could use the other tabs I am sure, but using the IFRAME code is the easiest method I have found. Go ahead and copy the code.

6. Back in Blogger, open the Layout Page then select 'Add a Gadget'

7. Scroll down and select HTML/Javascript

Paste the code into the Content Box and click Save.

8. All done! You can move your gadget to the preferred location on your layout page.

Save the arrangement and check out your page! This is pretty straight forward, but please let me know if you have questions.
